Do you need parts for a Briggs and Stratton Engine ?


To help you with this we will need to know the following:


Your Briggs and Stratton Model, Type and Code Number. 
If you have a flat head engine ( non ohv ) then the code will normally be on the top metal flywheel cover, pressed into the metal, it can be on the front or side. 
If you have a ohv model then the numbers are usually on the valve cover, pressed into the metal, 
They will be in the format of 
Model 000000 Type 0000-00 Code 00000000.
