How long have i got to return a product ?


Any part or product ordered from us can be returned as long as it is within 30 days of purchase date and is unused and undamaged. 


Who pays for return shipping ?


If a product has been ordered in error by the customer then the cost of returning it to us must be met by the customer.


If a product is faulty the cost of return will be gladly met by us and we will endeavour to get you a new part in exchange if that is your requirement.


Do i need a returns number ?


Once a return is agreed and booked we will send you a returns number and the return address is you do not already have this.


When do i get a refund ?


Once the product is back to us and meets all the above criteria then we will process a refund or exchange if required. If we have agreed on a refund the law allows us up to 14 days after we have received your item to complete the refund but in most circumstances agreed refunds will normally be completed in just a few days.
